By accessing or using any service provided by TWO-O LLC ("Two-O", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Definitions
- "Two-O" refers to TWO-O LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered office at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801.
- "Services" means cloud hosting, virtual private servers (VPS), dedicated servers, shared web hosting, object storage, domain registration, and related services we offer.
- "Customer", "you", "your" refers to the individual or entity that has registered for and uses our Services.
- "Account" refers to the customer account created upon registration.
- "Content" means any data, files, applications, software, or other materials stored on or transmitted through our infrastructure by you.
2. Eligibility & account
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Billing & payment
Services are billed in advance on the cycle you choose (monthly or annually). Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record for international transactions. By placing an order you authorize automatic recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
- Failed payments result in service suspension after 7 days.
- Applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax) are added based on your location.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Services to:
- Distribute illegal content (copyright infringement, child sexual abuse material, terrorism content).
- Send unsolicited bulk email (spam), conduct phishing, or distribute malware.
- Launch DDoS attacks, perform unauthorized port scans, or attempt to access systems you do not own.
- Mine cryptocurrency on shared hosting plans (allowed on dedicated and Cloud VPS Scale tier with prior written approval).
- Infringe third-party intellectual property rights (including but not limited to streaming/IPTV piracy).
- Engage in any activity that compromises other customers' use of the Services.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice. See our Abuse Policy for details on enforcement.
5. Service level
We commit to 99.9% network and platform availability per calendar month. Service credits are issued automatically when we fall short. Full terms in our SLA Agreement. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced at least 48 hours in advance.
6. Customer data & backups
You are solely responsible for the data hosted on your Services. We strongly recommend keeping your own backups in addition to any backup services you purchase from us. Two-O is not liable for data loss caused by hardware failure, user error, third-party software, or factors beyond our reasonable control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Two-O's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Services is limited to the total amount paid by you for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship with 30 days written notice. Two-O may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your data remains accessible for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems and backups within 90 days.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Sheridan County, Wyoming. Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
