You are entitled to a full refund of your purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase, for any reason. No questions asked.

4. Processing of refunds
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
Once approved, refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. The refund will appear on your statement as originating from Paddle.com (typically as PADDLE.NET).
5. Recurring subscription cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles.
Cancelling a subscription is separate from requesting a refund. If you wish to receive a refund for the current billing period and you are still within the 14-day money-back window, please contact support@two-o.net.
